People have clamored for a live kangaroo at Zips games. It probably won't happen, but how cool would it be to invite this aptly named dog to show up for a halftime show?

On Tuesday, I plan to write some about how 2011 recruiting is looking.

Anything's better than Zippy.

Isn't there any way we can integrate the whole 'Fear the Roo' thing into football a bit more?

That's a great idea. We can score touchdowns while our opponents are prostrate with laughter.

Frye, you, myfriend, have no clue as to what you're talking about. You don't like Zippy???? Whats not to love about a kangaroo? A mascot doesn't have to have a beak or sharp teeth to get peoples attention. But hey, if you don't like our mascot you can always start rooting for some other school. in fact, here…..check out this link…..

Enjoy rooting for "The Balls."
