Don't the teach History or Political Science at the University of Akron anymore. Many, many years ago there was a guy in Akron named Ray Bliss. Not only did he help structure the Summit County Republican Party, but he had quite a bit to say about the Ohio Republican Party, and oh by golly, served as the National Republican Chairman for a while. Hey wait a minute isn't there still a Ray Bliss Institute of Political Science at the U of A anymore? Alex Arshinkoff, did not buld the Republican Party.
