The winner of tonight’s matchup on Summa Field within InfoCision Stadium will finish the season with a perfect record within the City Series and earn the City Series title.

Firestone and Garfield set for InfoCision Stadium meeting

Firestone and Garfield will meet tonight for a key City Series game at InfoCision Stadium on the campus of the University of Akron.
Both teams feature impressive rushing attacks. The Golden Rams (4-3, 3-0) boast the Gulley brothers, senior Tyson Gulley and sophomore Toneo Gulley. The Falcons (3-4, 2-1) counter with junior Cody Grice.

Toneo Gulley could play Saturday

September 29, 2009

Garfield sophomore RB Toneo Gulley (ankle) could play Saturday afternoon in the Rams game against East at Buchtel.
“We are hoping to get Toneo back this week from an ankle injury,” Garifield coach Bob Sax said in an e-mail.
Garfield (2-3) plays East (0-5) at noon Saturday.

Toneo Gulley one to watch

April 2, 2009

Garfield freshman RB Toneo Gulley (5-8, 175) is a player to watch in the class of 2012. Toneo is Tyson Gulley’s younger brother. There are video highlights of both players at ScoutingOhio.com.
“(Toneo) is only a freshman right now, but will have a lot of (college) interest,” Garfield coach Bob Sax said.
