Medina football team makes quick improvement

Medina football coach Greg Reed saw his team make  a  quantum leap in its 30-0 shellacking of Brecksville.
“It’s funny when you run the ball, catch the ball, tackle and make plays,” he said with a laugh. “Seriously, we just executed very well.”

Sophomores step up at Wadsworth

Wadsworth got some decent production out of its sophomore class over the weekend. Coach Greg Dennison was more than pleased with tailback Jack Snowball and lineman Nick Tavanello.
Snowball, in his first varsity action, had two touchdowns. A five-yard run in the first and an 81-yard reception in the third quarter.
