Brooks transfers to University of Akron for basketball

Coach Keith Dambrot has added another local talent to the University of Akron men’s basketball team.

Wadsworth pitcher selects Baldwin-Wallace

Wadsworth senior pitcher Nick Flanigan will attend Baldwin-Wallace College next fall to continue his baseball career according to Wadsworth coach Brian Madigan.
Flanigan compiled a 5-3 record this season with a 1.68 ERA. He pitched 41.2 innings and struck out 33 batters.
