The top eight teams in each region are in the regional quarterfinals. Local schools that qualified are listed by division and region.

DIVISION II, Region 5
Clinched: Highland; Aurora; Ravenna.
DIVISION II, Region 7
Clinched: Louisville.
DIVISION III, Region 9
Clinched: Archbishop Hoban; St. Vincent-St. Mary; Buckeye; Field.
DIVISION III, Region 11
Clinched: Northwest; Marlington.
DIVISION IV, Region 13
Clinched: Manchester; Woodridge; Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy.
DIVISION IV, Region 14
Clinched: Orrville; Triway.
DIVISION V, Region 17
Clinched: Waynedale.
