Buchtel defeated Garfield 14-8 Friday night to win the City Series football championship at InfoCision Stadium-Summa Field on the campus of the University of Akron.

class of 79, checked in to see wut’s going on, we lost! argh! i can remember beating buchtel 2-0 for the championship way back when…a great rivalry. next year! go golden rams. hmm, what was the principles name? hmmm
