Roosevelt heads to Stow fresh off shutout win

Kent Roosevelt travels to neighborhood rival Stow Friday night for a Week 2 matchup after the Rough Riders defeated visiting Kenston 38-0 this past Friday/Saturday.

Junior quarterback Evan Shimensky threw three touchdown passes and completed 19-of-27 passes for 266 yards.

Sophomore slot back Richard Graves emerged as a playmaker with two receiving touchdowns and a touchdown via an interception return.

Senior Denerio Bryant had a touchdown reception and sophomore Shakeel Howard rushed for a touchdown.

Kenston was limited to 39 yards passing and 31 yards rushing.
