Nordonia coach Al Huge says it was big plays that bailed out the Knights and gave them a 34-19 win over inexperienced Tallmadge. The Knights had negative 21 yards on 20 carries.

“We hit some big passes and John Spooney (senior running back-defensive back) returned a kickoff 95 yards, but we can’t get away without running the ball. We have some injuries so we are going to have to Aaron Highberger might have to play on the offensive line. We also hope to have (lineman) Jamil Pickens finally back,” the coach says.
