Louisville junior WR Bobby Swigert (6-1, 175) has reportedly been offered by Michigan, according to ESPN.com.
Swigert also has offers from Akron, Pittsburgh, Kent State, Colorado, Cincinnati, Miami (Ohio), Ball State and others.
