Louisville junior WR Bobby Swigert (6-1, 175) recently picked up offers from Cincinnati and Toledo, according to ScoutingOhio.com.
Swigert also reportedly has offers from Miami (Ohio), Ball State, Kent State, Bowling Green, Pittsburgh, Indiana and Akron.
