Louisville junior WR Bobby Swigert (6-1, 175) recently picked up an offer from Ball State, according to ScoutingOhio.com.
Swigert also reportedly has offers from Miami (Ohio), Kent State, Bowling Green, Pittsburgh, Indiana and Akron.
