Indians to face Bannister instead

April 21, 2009

It looks like Royals pitcher Brian Bannister will affect this series after all. The Royals recalled Bannister from Triple A Omaha today, according to the Kansas City Star. Bannister will start Wednesday’s game instead of Horacio Ramirez. Ramirez will remain in the bullpen though. Scroll down to the previous post to read about both pitchers.
