CLEVELAND: The Indians’ roster will undergo more changes in the wake of the trades of Cliff Lee and Victor Martinez.
Wyatt Toregas will report to Progressive Field today from Columbus and join Kelly Shoppach to form the Tribe’s tandem of catchers. He will take Martinez’s place on the roster.

Lee, Francisco traded to Phillies for four prospects

MAJOR UPDATE (2 p.m.): The Cleveland Indians have agreed to a trade that will send left-handed pitcher Cliff Lee and outfielder Ben Francisco to the Philadelphia Phillies according to Foxsports reporter Ken Rosenthal.
