83Buck - Sorry, but Washington last year wasn't very compelling as a competitor and the year they won the national championship they got the beat down for their schedule.

And given the 12-game schedule, the Buckeyes should be playing a Top 10-caliber team and a Top 20 every year, not just one or the other. That's why they took a beating for that cream puff schedule this year.

And what's the purpose? Would the Buckeyes have made the national championship game with a better schedule? Would their recruiting be better?

Where has this guy been? OSU almost yearly plays a good nonconference game. How about Texas, Notre Dame, BC, West Virginia, Miami, LSU, etc. Also, before the Oklahoma series was announced, the Buckeyes had deals to play Va. Tech and Miami home and home in addition to the USC series. The killer last year was Washington, at one point they were a pretty good program, which is when the game was scheduled.

c-bus is a term that the syncophants that listen to the jim rome show use. they aren't intelligent enough to actually say the full name of a town. Eg: c-town, c-bus, the natty, to name a few.

mostly juveniles in the 18 to 30 range.

I'm still trying to decipher who, what or where "C-bus" is. A bit of background, I moved down to Columbus 30 years ago, and it's the first time I've ever seen the term "C-bus" used anywhere. Is the C-bus some sort of new fancy schmantzy taxpayer-funded public transportation system for the Cuyahoga County crippled?
