VAN HALEN IV 1/2 REDUX

OK kids, word is that today Monday August 13, Eddie, Alex, Wolfgang Van Halen and Diamond David Lee Roth will announce their late summer tour as VAN HALEN.
Can you say train wreck?
I kind of agree with Sammy Hagar who said that rather than sucking Wolfie into VH's vortex of dysfunction, and having the kid trying to replace original bassist Michael Anthony's high harmonies and general good vibes (and Jack Daniel's bass) that Ed should be encouraging the kid to do his own thing.
Oh well.
If this thing happens and it comes to Cleveland, I'll be there to see it, whether it be train wreck or transcendent.

It is not Van Halen without Michael Anthony! Can Wolfgang handle those harmonies? I'll go see Sammy Hagar instead because the Van Halen tour will probably last a week before Roth drives Eddie back to rehab.

Given the gigantic financial aspects of the tour, I suspect that Eddie Van Halen and Roth will have detente and coexist without the presence of Anthony's follicle plugs and hairpiece, and they'll all make it through the full tour before everybody has to do the rehab thing. I'm guessing the royalties aren't sufficiently paying those enormous bills anymore, so I'm doing the Miss Cleo thing and predicting they will not cancel one single date. There's too much cash at stake to throw it all away.
By the way, how can anybody not care for somebody named "Wolfgang?" Anybody that goes through life with the name of a German Shepherd is OK in my book.
