News that Brandon Webb probably has a torn labrum reminds me of the time Butch Davis described a Browns injury by saying a player had "a torn labia in his shoulder."

AOL came out with some ridiculous list of the 10 best TV show theme songs ever, and Hill Street Blues and The Sopranos did not make the list. Worse, Green Acres and F-Troop did not make it. How can this happen? Who in the world came up with this list?

When exactly does an opposing player decide it's time to send LeBron James (or someone on the Cavs) into orbit around Neptune? The one and only thing these two teams the Cavs have played have not done is try to knock them around. It has to happen at some point, no?

I was all set to call this sexist and all that stuff. But then I wondered: Isn't this exactly what teams and leagues want when they trot out these cheerleaders and dance teams? (Umm … Denver got my vote.)
