Nothing new here. Argentina won a World Cup game once against England when
Maradonna hit the ball into goal with his fist which he held next to his ear. The ref had a bad angle and thought he scored on a header. Argentinians still refer to the play as "The Hand of God." The larger point is that soccer must advance into the modern age with both replay and adding a second ref. The players are better and faster but soccer refuses to adjust.
