Does anybody still care about the Browns anymore? The fans don't, the players don't, and Mangini is trying to salvage his career. Chances are that after he parts company with the Browns he'll never coach in the NFL again. No team will make the same mistake as the Browns in taking him on. This season is over, and the sooner the better we'll all feel.

Charlie Hustle, that "once proud Franchise" still exists, but it's in Baltimore. In fact, I think the very worst thing they did was lay on the sentiment of 50 years of a whole lot of pretty mediocre and bad football, and keep the name, the colors, the records (huh?, those records are from Baltimore's franchise, it doesn't even make sense), and everything else they supposedly "retained."

I mean, the local yokels actually embrace a mediocre player who's now slurring and babbling away on the airways when he's not otherwise spying for the franchise owner. And this is a guy who never even played for the actual present franchise. It's absurd.

If they really want to start to clean the stink, then completely distance the past and embrace the future. Keep Bernie Kosar a million miles away, and take stupid prefab dawg pounds out. Change everything. They can start by changing the Cleveland franchise name. Seriously. They need to start fresh. Almost everything has been done wrong and ass-backwards since "Art" Lerner was complicit in hijacking the franchise and Mike White whored the city and the county to bring one back.

I hear the Washington Bullets name is available. Anything.

LOCKDOWN?? Whos has he ever LockDown?? He's the worst starting Cornerback in the league. There is no way this guy will have a job in the NFL next year. He's a girl when it comes to tackling.
