Yes, the AAA Clippers *are* a very bad team. Thereby making my longstanding argument for me.

For the gazillions of local knuckleheads and naysayers who refuse to believe the new Indians stadium was a primary factor for the wild attendance aberration, and the Indians would have drawn heavily no matter who or what they had put in there through 2000, I offer into evidence as Plaintiff's "Exhibit A" the uber-fabulous 2009 Columbus Clippers.

Okay, so the Tribe is not a good team. The AAA Clippers are a very bad team, 55-81, plus I saw them at Pawtucket and it was ugly. But, the Aeros are 20 games over .500, and the top seed in the league. Mahoning Valley is leading their division.
If the talent at those levels is not traded away or mishandled (a big if, I know), we should be awesome in 2011!!

Yes sir, Shapiro & Lerner have built quite a powerhouse up there. 90 plus losses this year ought to go a long way when tickets go on sale for next year , not to mention jersey sales. They should just sell jerseys with a ? on the back so you can wear it for more than half the year.
