The Browns follow a bad practice with another bad one

I'm told that the Browns looked horrible in their Tuesday morning practice. This comes after they looked almost as horrible in the Monday practice. Coach Eric Mangini was livid. There's a lot of time before the season starts, but right now the Browns look like a listless, tired group that spends as much time running laps around the field as it does sharpening its skills on the field.
