A final thought from Ireland …

The flight is tomorrow … it's late in Ireland … there's more to blog … especially on Galway … but the time for bed has drawn near.

Time to read Yeats, ponder Joyce, give a second reading to Ulysses and ponder (as my mother describes it) the 40 shades of green.

And it's time to share a final thought from Ireland for this blog, though there will be more thoughts on Ireland once we return to the states.

This picture should summarize the situation:

I can't tell the difference between the two photos. Slightly different background, but that's about it.

From the looks of it, that picture was taken approximately five minutes before the barroom brawl started. Here's the next picture he was too shy to post. Check out those guns, looks like ol' Pat has been dipping into Hafner's stash. http://xr.com/wz8

Ah yes… all that's missing is a guinness moustache

  5. Nice Alan. Very nice!

Pat would fit in well in my den our wives call "The man cave", although "the cave" was not a happy one Saturday nite when the Browns played.

It's about time Pat returned, our professional teams are not doing well without his observational guidance.
