		<description>I guess the question is, why does it take someone in BOSTON to uncover this story?  Time for a little wake-up call in CavsLand?  Well, Mr. Gilbert hired both Ferry and Brown, who were in WELL OVER THEIR HEADS this year.  Those 66 wins don&#039;t mean much when you&#039;re not consistently beating the league&#039;s top teams.  Think the owner senses his investment slipping away, or is he just an uber-perfectionist who will not settle for second-best?  I guess I don&#039;t mind that approach.  What can you do about being completely outcoached?  Worse yet, what can you do when your talent-level is so, so, so low....that after LeBron, even the 6th man off the benches of Boston, Orlando and LA would be our 2nd-best player?  Somethin&#039;s bad wrong here.</description>
