    mark cuban at 3. what a joke.

    sure, he spends money and has a competitive team but his infantile behavior should push him way down the list. and that's before attempting to start a riot in his own arena. what kind of fool goes after a player's mother? a fool named cuban, that's who.

    And it was done by sports illustrated, which barely acknowledges Cleveland unless its something bad or they need filler in between their steroid issues…
