in Cliff Lee, Indians, McManamon

SI's Jon Heyman surmises that "Cliff Lee – from 22-3 last year to 1-4 this year — looks like July trade bait."

Why wouldn't he? I don't the Indians are that "tough" to figure out. Its almost the calling card of this organization.

One question: which franchise will be able to afford some of these players once they become free agents? We saw what happened this year (Peavy, Sheets, etc.), what will next year hold with the economy in the shape its in.

Only if we can throw in Peralta & Francisco… and I don't want any "top prospects with major upswing and versatility."

once again, thank you eric wedge for leading the team to the cellar early in the year so they have to dump good players.
