A Celtics item

in Cavs, Celtics, McManamon

The Celtics full expect Kevin Garnett to be ready for the playoffs. It's pretty important he return, just like it's pretty important the Cavs avoid a key injury these final games. Yes, insights like these are why you pay so much money for this frog.

The Cavalies staying healthy (especially keys like Lebron and Mo) is essential for the playoffs. Everyone forgets that the really amazing key to Jordan was how healthy (other than the year he broke his leg) he was throughout his career. Along with Pippen. Health is the key to any championship as we know all too well in Cleveland.

Supposedly, he's not healthy, though. Spurs aren't like pimples, they don't just go away on their own with a little Clearasil. They'll have to open him up to get to it.

If the Cavs play the Celtics and the Celtics lose the series, the win will be tainted. I like to see series' where the best team really wins. They should be forced to even the playing field and put Tabasco sauce in James' jock, or something.

OT – but the Cutler trade….shouldn't the Browns be on the phone right now with Denver trying to trade back? The 12th pick is worth 1,200 points and the 18th pick is worth 900. This gives the Broncos 2,100 points. That puts them 100 south of the third spot, 300 north of No. 4.
