It's a good trade. It would be different if Winslow was (or ever will be) healthy, but he's not. He's probably only got a couple of good years left and we needed to find value for him now, instead of waiting (see: Derek Anderson) until his production fell off the cliff and we couldn't get anything of value back.

Can I nominate Charissa Thompson of Fox Sports fame?

It was a good move they needed to change the culture of the locker room.Martin Rucker has talent but Romeo didn't like to play rookies.With Heiden injured and Dinkins a free agent they will need another tight end.I heard a rumor the Browns might be interested in trading for Desmond Clark of the Bears.He's a big up grade over Dinkins if it's true.I am glad the browns are not just throwing money at a bunch of free agents.There are good players to be had without over paying too much.If that's possible in free agency.

I hate this trade. Winslow was one of the few bright spots on the tea, Even when Braylon got the dropsies last year, winslow was making great catches no matter who of the 4 or 5 qbs were throwing to him. The Browns were starting to build,and now all they talk about is dumping the talented players. It's a panic , knee-jerk reaction after a bad year coming off a 10 win season. Browns are not good enough to replace a pro-bowl TE that has had some of the best numbers in the NFL for TE's since he came in in 2006. He was playing like a # 6 overall, was young, and now we trade him for a six-pack of beer. Brilliant! Dam,I hate being a browns fan.
