LeBron talks about the Olympics

"If we can win by 50 every game, we would love to," he said of the U.S. team, adding: "We want to destroy everybody." There's even video of him playing a pretty lame game of P-I-G with the reporter from Time. Yes, it's the interview where he guaranteed the gold medal.
My favorite moment was when a photographer said to James: "You're probably the tallest person I've ever photographed." Now that's the kind of behind-the-scenes journalism Time magazine can provide.

Hey, I just read on Yahoo Sports that Delonte West supposedly has an offer to play overseas for $10 million for two years, which I suppose since there's no taxes, is the equivalent of about a $17 million NBA contract, I guess. Something like that. Not a bad deal for a semi-stiff. Actually, it's a helluva deal. Hopefully, he'll take it.
That's one less really ugly semi-talentless guy I'll have to look at over the course of 82 games and the playoffs. I'd almost rather bolt two giant framed photos of Popeye Jones and Gheorghe Mureşan on my bedroom ceiling than look at Delonte West's mug another day. (By the way, aren't the local papers supposed to report something like this first?)

Alan, your man-crush on Danny Ferry, Delonte West, Sasha Pavlovic, and half the NBA aside, you really just need to come out of the closet and be done with it.
Unless you'd like to explain your morbid obsession with everyone's appearance?? Maybe you're just a person who thinks he's funny when reality says otherwise??

Considering the current exchange rates, that contract might be worth more like $20 million.
Josh, the only solace for the jealousy stuff is to tell alan how you really feel. He might not reciprocate but I'm sure he'd understand.
