Indeed, I even went on eBay and bought and sent Windhorst a Danny Ferry rookie card to the hospital. Really. If there's anything that will cheer that kid up and bring him back to perfect health, it's a Danny Ferry rookie card. I even had it laminated so Windhorst can keep it protected and carry it around in his wallet like Bob Costas carries his Mickey Mantle card around in his wallet.
