If Ohio State's football team ever lost to any university with the word "Appalachian" in it, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young would have a chart-topping sequel to its Kent State song. The National Guard would be blowing people away like ducks in a pond and this town would be smoking like it's Pearl Harbor. I moved down to Columbus nearly 30 years ago.
