As long as he stays out of the gay bars and wins a couple games this season, the contract holdout will be forgotten.

So Brady's finally winging his way toward Cleveland, huh? Just in time for the cameras to roll Saturday night. (eyes roll) Yeah, I was very excited to get him, but seeing the way he has treated his team and fans since April's draft...all but ensuring that he will not play this season (thanks alot, Quinn)...I really hope he falls flat on his face. Contract escalators?? Riiiiiiight. The only escalator he'll need is the one to help him get back into good standing with this organization and city after his agent's shoddy counsel and negotiating practice. A practice that, BTW, will pin your client's but to the bench for 2008. Condon, how do you keep a job?

Brady Quinn glistening in the mist of Niagara Falls while wearing a string bikini? John Amaechi fishing for trout while wearing nothing but a thong? Speaking on behalf of Ohio's heterosexual community, I'd rather watch sumo wrestling from Japan using David Wesley's satellite dish ears.

I'm anxiously awaiting Brady's swimsuit issue cover. And yeah, I'm totally serious. Sue me. The guy is stunning, and compared with the lard and made-for-radio faces that populate most of the NFL, he's a welcome change.

Read Deadspin, it's a pretty good sports blog. It's been more than just one simple magazine cover.

I don't mind him holding out, as NFL players don't get guaranteed contracts, his agent will never have this much leverage again. This is a business, I'm for Quinn and his agent 100%. With that said, it's blue-collar Cleveland. It's not Los Angeles, it's not San Francisco. His agent's overt attempt to reach and expand upon Quinn's gay audience doesn't exactly conjure up images of Bill Nelson handing off the ball to Leroy Kelly and Ernie Green. That's what I want in my professional football team.

If his agent insists that Quinn needs to be filling up his pockets with chunks of off-the-field commercial cash, then after he's done charging fans for his autograph, sign a contract to read cue cards and sell Del Spitzer's cars. Call me old-fashioned, but I don't think Brady has much of a singing voice, he's probably a poor dancer, and the Village People don't need a quarterback. The Browns do.

What's that old saying, "Methinks thou dost protest too much?" The serial poster above certainly seems fixated on BQ and all things gay. Sheesh, the guy just posed for a mag cover; give it a rest. It won't be the last one, either. Good looking guys get attention from both sexes; is this news to you? Guess not, BQ sure has your attention, huh?

Yes, he's certainly not all about the money. After all, 'ol Brady is already charging for autographs and has accepted wads of cash to pose in several magazines with large gay readerships, but he hasn't even thrown one Browns pass. Well, at least not in the literal sense, as this photo shows. Otto Graham must be spinning in his grave.

Note to all: Just ignoring the idiot is his worst punishment. Don't even refer to the chronic poster by name. He obviously is a mental-deficient. He reads gay magazines, and doesn't think what Vick did is so bad. Nuff said?

To all of the other posters, who I presume have brains: It's a real shame Quinn was not competing for the starting job from Day 1. If he has any talent at all, he may have won the job. Frye, Derek & Dorsey look to be the weak link right now. We'll see how they perform in a game Sat. night. Brady, the fans sure would've loved to see you play. It's far past time to show you're not ALL about the money.

Turks2, do you adore Quinn's ridiculous naked poses, or what? Your anger seems a little strong for something so trivial.

It seems to me that before you do a Burt Reynolds-like nude pin-up, you should at least have some sort of resume', don't you think? Is Quinn a Fire Island male model, or is he an NFL quarterback? Quinn is being written up in gay magazines as a Beckham-like hottie, but at least Beckham has done something substantial in sports to warrant his overt commercial side-business of playing to the gay community and his role of gay icon. What's Quinn done? I mean, other than let his business agent put his hand up his butt like a Muppet.

And who's putting Vick's alleged behavior in any semblance of a positive light? That one went way over me.
