NL Rookie of the Year, Hunter Pence. AL Rookie, Jeremy Guthrie.
NL Cy Young: Brad Penny; AL Cy Young: Dan Haren.
Likely World Series: San Diego Padres vs. Los Angeles Angels

So sad that the Tribe's talent evaluators failed miserably on Guthrie, Brandon Phillips, and even Brian Giles. We gave up three all-stars for basically nothing. I'm sure there are others we could add to the list. In this market, there is no margin for error. Giving up on talent too soon, or misjudging ability (i.e. you're a "4th outfielder, not a regular"….Marte a mini Manny(?) )…just can't afford those mistakes.
