		<description>All this in-fighting, no matter what degree it is, is bad for the team.   Maybe the two should part on good terms, and the Browns should bring in Bill Cowher now.  It's a move that should've been made, oh...15 years ago, but better late than never.  If Cowher had been hired instead of Belichick, the Browns never would've moved.</description>
