Where do you get most of your sports news online? Do you go to the major providers such as ESPN, AOL and Yahoo!, or is it the local views of Ohio.com or Cleveland.com?
Would you like an e-mail each morning with what is new on the Ohio.com sports site?
What about a breaking news blog on Ohio.com with scoring updates and other news?
What is missing or what would like more of on Ohio.com?
Let us know what you guys are thinking.

I think the blogs need to stressed more on the main page on the site. It seems Mike Rasor breaks more Akron U news than anyone, but somtimes I forget about his blog because it's further down the page.
How much input does McClatchy have on the site's development?
I like the sports site as it is, it's pretty good. Although with the newspaper business nosediving as it is, I sense it's only a matter of time before advertising starts to swamp all aspects of online sites, including the Beacon Journal's site.
I like the way you blog, too, whenever you have a thought during a day, you blog it. Interesting stuff.
That's also an interesting idea, a blog area for scoring updates and breaking news. But of course it would have to be structured and presented in such a way that it doesn't merely parrot the wire service updates already readily available on the Ohio.com site and on other sites.
I would like to see and Indians and Browns Blog.
Indians and Browns blogs are no brainers. I also have sometimes wondered why game reports have reader comment areas, while opinion pieces (which would seem to generate more lively discussion) don't seem to very often.
I get all of my nba news from probasketballnews.com (http://www.probasketballnews.com), but my home page is set to Ohio.com for Browns and Indians coverage. But if Terry Pluto ever left the Beacon I assure you I would not read the sports section all that much, maybe ever. I LOVE the blogs!!
Pluto should get his own blog
