Zydrunas Ilgauskas is playing great basketball right now, turning into the perfect sidekick for LeBron James. He had a career high 19 rebounds in Game 4 on Monday night.

If he continues to play like that it won't matter whom the Cavs play in the second round — the Nets or the Raptors. The Nets lead 3-1 with Game 5 on Tuesday night in Toronto.

The earliest the Cavs will play again is Saturday at the Q.

As long as Z doesn't get groggy in the next few days, I think the Cavs should reach the Eastern Conference final.
