It's the Pizza Man!

So I was watching "Grey's Anatomy" tonight, but it was one of those watching-while-doing-other-things efforts, so I paid no attention to the opening credits. But then I was watching closely and looked at the old guy who was in constant pain. And thinking, I know this guy. And I'm looking, and I'm thinking, and then, way too loudly, I said, "IT'S DANIEL J. TRAVANTI!" Whom you will remember as he looked above, while playing Frank Furillo on "Hill Street Blues." Now, it has been more than 20 years since "Hill Street" ended, and Travanti — who does TV only occasionally — is 68 years old. And I can't say that I was thrilled to see how time has passed for him, since that also means it has passed for me. But he still sold his big scene — which I paid close attention to, after disrupting the bride's viewing with my shout of recognition.
