I agree with Brandon on that too. I'm pretty sure I was hungover the day I took my SATs and I still got a 1300. Not to brag or anything.

I disagree with you both however that the Andrea/Steve thing was weird. I think the show dropped the ball in never hooking Andrea and Steve up, either at this point or in the future. They always had good chemistry (the Egg episode comes to mind), and Brandon's reaction would have been priceless. He was always a jerk whenever Andrea dated anyone, can you imagine if it had been his best bud? That was a missed opportunity.

The look and feel of Brenda's dream is reminiscent of the dream sequences from Heathers.

Of all the PSA episodes of this show, this one is probably the best and most successful at getting its message across.

I thought the thing with Steve and Andrea was weird too, but maybe Steve just doesn't know another way to respond to having a girl in his room.

I agree with Brandon that you can't really study for the SATs. You've either learned something in your 11-ish years of school or you haven't.

It seems as if they were trying to establish as many scenarios as possible about Kelly as a voracious man-hunter, in contrast to the monogamous Brenda. Kelly hooked up with Steve even after they had split. She had eyes for Brandon during his political campaign. We have had a couple of mentions of her being interested in Dylan. And the next episode in line, "April Is the Cruelest Month," has her mentioning a relationship with another student. (I haven't finished watching the episode, so no spoilers please!)

My favorite part is Kelly wanting Brenda to leave Dylan to her in her will. This episode and the slumber party episode were the first hints that Kelly wanted Dylan for herself…it makes me wonder if the producers were planning that triangle from the beginning.
