What I'm thinking is that Jim went over Ryan's head (as noted last week), and then Ryan, in his drug-addled state, decided on his own to "warn" Jim, and made sure Toby was in there as the HR rep. At this point, Toby may just decide to add some fuel to the fire on his own. I can buy Ryan & Toby ganging up on Jim, for their individual reasons, but I'm not sure Ryan has the pull he thinks he does.
