As for "Dante Club," as I said, I could handle it. But "Poe Shadow" was a mistake -- for me to read, and him to write. I like BULL DURHAM okay, I guess, but I never got that into it. Another thing I couldn't get into: THE DANTE CLUB. I bought it (used) on a friend's recommendation -- since he's a librarian, I took his advice. I forgot that he is also a history major who has a high tolerance for nonfiction and historical fiction.
