Which means we had a fraud of a health care professional treating a fraud of a singer. Seems appropriate. Isn't Britney in her mid 20s by now anyway? If he was a qualified health professional, the family could probably sue him for making a statement so that line is right on. Dr. Phil isn't a saint in this situation, but her parents should be charged with neglect. I genuinely feel SO SORRY for that girl, who apparently doesn't have parents, just two genetic material donors, to try and help their daughter - and their grandchildren.
