		<description>Well, it IS General Electric...so you've got to expect them to maximize profits and contain costs. I hate to say it, but Universal's better days are behind it as long as the parent IS GE! Look what's happened to poor NBC since the toaster people took charge.

As to the format wars between Blue-Ray and HD-DVD - while Sony may have lost the Beta Vs. VHS battle - my bets are with Sony, however, I'd advise its better to buy an "upconverting" model until the dust clears as to which will be the new standard!

		<description>It is NBCU's policy to completely maximize revenue from DVDs (and just about everything else).  If they can split one season into two and and double the return, that is okay...I just won't buy any of their overpriced DVDs...Who still refuse to recognize Blu-Ray and still carp over HD-DVD.
