And Whedon's was significantly better than JJ's -- perhaps because Whedon is basically funny. As for "Lost," I am alternately amused and irritated by everyone acting as if the two newbies have been there all along. However, I must say I've gotta be one of the REAL faithful who's not abandoned the show. Sure, it's starting slowly this season...maybe the payoff'll be rich (the island 'town' where the Others live, how DO they get off and onto the island, etc.). My problem? Just tell us who the two new people are already, wouldja? Side note: did you notice JJ Abrams directed last week's 'Office'? What's up with that...Joss Whedon the week before and then Abrams?
