This from ABC today…

On August 7, one year since Peter Jennings lost his battle with lung cancer, “World News with Charles Gibson” will mark the anniversary with reports on lung cancer prevention and smoking cessation.  Over the course of the last year, “World News” has reported extensively on these subjects, and on Monday, the broadcast will revisit its “Quit to Live” series and look at progress made since Peter’s death.  “World News” and its webcast will also examine the effect that Peter’s battle with lung cancer had on research efforts and individuals attempting to quit.
