Onward
Given the late hour when I was done with "American Idol," I am still in the cone of silence about last night's "Lost," and expect to remain there until sometime tonight. But I haven't stopped watching TV, and later today may post something about what a freakin' dazzler writer-director Stephen Poliakoff is. (A couple of his TV productions, "Friends and Crocodiles" and "Gideon's Daughter," are coming out on DVD next week, hence my renewed admiration.) Until then, there's this little item from the morning e-mail:

Given Sci-Fi's corporate ownership, and what they've done to their other networks (i.e. Bravo), I wouldn't be surprised if come 2008 Sci-Fi is also used for additional Olympic coverage–heck, I was a little surprised they weren't used for run-off this past February . . .

I am boycotting all advertisers products that use the SCI-FI channel to air their adds. I have E-mailed the companies and protested their mony being used to air such a violet and tastless show, even the language is so bed I would be embarrased for it to be in my home. I have had good response from my mails and the companies tell me that my info will be used in making add renewal plans.
