(I blame the Olympics and repeats on all the other channels, leaving me no choice.) But after waiting and waiting for SOMEONE to step up and deliver last night, I'm of the opinion that ALL of these singers are just average, mediocre, blah...however you want to phrase it. It's now strictly a personality contest for me...and that freaky Ace has GOT TO GO--and ditto for the faux-idiot Kelly. It's so hard to pick ANY of these 10 and call them a "winner"...it'll be the loosest definition in the word's history. I guess Chris is the best of the sorry bunch, although he didn't impress last night. I agree with Simon (as always...and please, Paula, shut up and stop interrupting his critiques!) that Chris has got to show more range/style.
