It was around in the '70s and '80s. I remember the shows as mainly being melodramatic (which made for exciting promos) and not very good. It's all the same to me. All I know is that all the critics seem to enjoy themselves when they're out there, and most of the critics send back very interesting reports from the tour. One of my colleagues complained today about the CW announcement coming so closely on the heels of the other event. Knight Ridder's other critics are in California, I can't imagine it is a coincidence this announcement comes as the press junket is in full swing.
