And I try to be both a good king and a good husband. I agree that ''Reba'' has some name value, but I just couldn't see a place for it on my imaginary schedule. A ''7th Heaven'' spin-off seems a long shot, and I have no idea about ''Aquaman.'' At their press conference yesterday, The CW execs emphasized the taking of established hits from the two networks, but they also mentioned their willingness to hear program pitches from other companies.
