ObamaCare To Reduce Premiums By 3000% ?

When something goes down 3000% does that mean the govt will actually pay the employer?
I love the diverse group of folks behind the president in the video. He truly represents all of America. Was that a set up?

And to think, Obama accused Republican Eric Cantor of using the 2,700 page health care bill as a prop when he brought it to the health care summit that was about the 2,700 page health care bill.

At least the folks in Obama's background weren't all wearing white lab coats this time.

I'm not that great at math but under this plan wouldn't the insurance company be paying the employers a little over $8,000 a month for each individual who is covered? That would certainly solve the unemployment problem. Heck, I could hire 100 Americans to watch my kids and mow my lawn and pocket something like $9 million annually.

The whole health care bill is built on wishful thinking, faulty premises, and outright misinformation. It cannot be defended by facts,figures or honest discussion of the actual unintended consequences of the new laws. Assumptions are stated as facts when there is no hard data to support those assumptions. Among the assumptions are the cost savings from preventive care and a reduction in emergency room visits. The limited studies although inconclusive have shown quite the opposite.
Sure the Pres. makes no attempt to utter the truth. But the truth does not matter to many when pursuing a goal that is positive in the abstract.

Or maybe, he's just betting that we are all so enamored of his voice that we don't listen to his words. Yeah, that's it. After all, he doesn't listen to them, does he? He just reads 'em and forgets 'em.

This is the kind of thing that happens off teleprompter. Those of us living in the 58 states shouldn't be very surprised.

I read on a forum this morning that this wasn't such a mistake since it is only numbers. They think that Bush mispronouncing a word was bad but Obama making this mistake wasn't really so bad, according to them.

The same day that he made that statement Fox announced that it was going to allow Obama to come on their station for an hour to carry on about his bill. With this kind of information I wonder if there is a chance that Bret Baier and Fox are being USED this evening. After all the noises he and his people have made about Fox now he wants to use them as a platform to throw more of his disillusionment at the nation.

Sure Fox doesn't report news but he wants to use them to get at the Democrats and independents who watch Baier instead of some of his opponents. I sure hope that Baier has prepared some questions to unsettle Obama, but I fear that he has had to tell them all the questions he might ask. Be sure to look for the TOTUS if you watch the show tonight.

It has been evident for some time that Obama doesn't have the basics down as far a health care reform is concerned. It's further proof that it's all about a political victory at this point.

I guess 3000% is the same as the 40000 emails he recieves a day from small business owners that want the same healthcare as congress, liar. Obama is looking more and more like he is full of sh*t and a big double speaking liar. Listen to the words he uses. It boils down to they are making people buy insurance. The premiums are going to be just as high as you can get today. However putting 30m people into the system will reduce the rate at which rates increase. Libs and Dems, be careful what you wish for.
His followers think this is coming to them free or at a discount. The folks supplying congress their insurance surely charge top rates afterall the govt pays for it. Can the average person afford the same rates that a 200K per year senator gets as a benefit from the people?
A funny thing to me is how Obama isn't worried how things will be carried out, just that it passes. Another funny thing is how Pelosi et al (even though she can't tell anyone what's in the bill) are searching for ways to get it passed so that they can't be blamed later when this thing blows up in their face and the people find out that not only will their taxes increase but they will be forced to pay home budget busting premiums. If they are so confident this is best for us,then stand tall and vote it in proudly. Funny thing how they have to bribe and conive their own party members to get on board. Kucinich, a guy who I thought was a straight up guy gets on Air Force One with one opinion and gets off with the opposite opinion and he is going to give some of his support cash back to his contributors? Blood money for treasonously stabbing them in the back. Give me a break. 2 things happened on that jet He was bribed or Obama;'s friend Larry Sinclair was the pilot. This whole thing smells of something that would happen to an inexperieinced person being duped by a bunch of con men with an agenda. Smells like something …..in the woodshed. The libs think Bush and Cheney were corupt… They were nothing compared to this administration and this congress.

Bret Baier did a good job with President Talking Point during that interview. In a short period, he got Obama to admit that ObamaCare doesn't address the Medicare entitlement problem, that ObamaCare won't really reduce the deficits, that Obama doesn't even know what's in the health care reform bills in Congress, that Obama could care less if standard Congressional rules are used to pass ObamaCare, and that ObamaCare is only the first step of many in the left's ongoing "transformation" of American health care.

Kudos to Baier. No wonder the Prez avoids Fox News.

Kucinich basically said he switched his vote because Obama told him they would continue to make changes toward what Kucinich really wants – a government-run single-payer system. Pelosi has also been saying ObamaCare is the beginning, not the end, of health care reform. Obama has started to make the same types of statements.
I've quickly learned to never believe anything Obama says. It's all misdirection away from the actual goal he has in mind.

And what is that goal, King? Please tell us.

Obama made a speaking error with the 3000% thing…..get over it.

His leadership will result in the most significant domestic program since Medicare.

No, it's not perfect…..but tell me, what is? We could have a guy who insists there are WMD in Cuba, a guy who knowingly lies about the WMD existence in Cuba, invades and occupies Cuba and then scares all Americans into believing that all Cuban Americans might be terrorists.

You know, could have a guy like that. Instead, we have a guy who is expanding health insurance coverage to Americans who don't have it.

Republics have been crying socialism since Social Security was passed in 1936. They said then it would destroy the nation. They say it now. The employee scare tactics (death panels anyone?), plead, delay, delay, delay. For what? The "perfect" bill? There has never been such a thing. Ever. Please, you guys really needed to pay attention in your Civics class instead of sleeping. Support the insurance industry if you will. But the current bill will offer tax credits for small businesses to offer health care, allow young people to stay on their parents health policies until age 26, and ban the refusing of coverage of children with preexisting conditions, to say nothing about getting around 30 million more Americans covered. Oh, and the insurance plan that congressmen/ senators/fed employees generally use is Blue Cross/Blue Shield. And they pay regular premiums like anyone else. The President misspoke, too bad the opposition speaks the language of deceit. "Bankrupting" the country? Get real. Republics saw to that in '01 to -'06.
