Tea Partiers introduced the teabag stuff….not liberals. Conservatives hurriedly tried to twist their bogus protest of Obama to fit some Boston Tea Party template….and came up with tossing teabags into bodies of water as a visual reenactment. Thus…the TeaBaggers were born.

Watch..listen, what difference does it make? Others were told not to be so quick to replicate FOX's stories. Good advice.

#1 – I didn't say anyone was told not "to watch Fox." I said they were told not to "listen to Fox", (as in, don't pickup Fox stories that are critical of the Obama admin), and that is what they were told, by Rahm Emanuel and also at the cozy little chat Obama had with the liberal commentators.

#2 – I never disputed that the majority of Americans favor the public option as part of ObamaCare. Never said it. What I said was, the majority of Americans are against ObamaCare in the first place. That remains true, unless recent polling over the last few days is showing that Obama has now fooled the majority into believing his bs.

#3 – Liberals started using the word "teabagger" and "teabagging" as an insult, in reference to the sexual act (liberals being despicable and all). The Tea Party movement does not refer to themselves that way, obviously.

#4 – It is 100% false that no conservatives complained about Bush's deficits. I think you're confusing conservatives with Republicans in Congress (and even some of those complained, though not nearly enough). You keep proving you know nothing about the Tea Party movement by making such statements, but that's what I would expect from someone who gets all his information from people who are hostile to the Tea Party movement, despicable people who portray the Tea Parties as half KKK and half Timothy McVeigh. (namely liberal bloggers and their tv counterparts). Many Tea Partiers are former disaffected Republicans, and they became disaffected primarily by George W. Bush.

No one was told not "to watch Fox." That's not true. What others in the media were warned about was so quickly picking up on FOX's propagandistic and fact-challenged "stories."

The public option is an integral part of "Obamacare". Almost 70% want the public option.

You can say what you want about Tea Partiers….matters not to me…..Tea Partiers were organized by corporate astro-turf groups, and have no coherent "message" other than they do not want Obama to be president.

And we've already covered extensively the FACT that no conservatives uttered a peep during the great and glorious Constitution-shredding days of George and Dick. Ditto the doubling of the debt and balancing budgets. Conservatives, with or without TeaBag adornment, were totally silent about those things until January 20th of this year.

The common rebuttal seems to be that Americans are for the public option, but that isn't really a rebuttal. The majority of Americans are against ObamaCare in it's entirety, as the polls show.

when you ask for specifics in essence you are asking for proof. King offered no proof that the Rev's post was pathetic.

And no, I do not read every post and comment of every blog post for King or Rev, nor do I regularly check the comments after I initially post if I post at all. I also don't watch Fox News at all. I don't even use their website for news. In fact, most of my national news comes from the AP and Reuters through Yahoo, MSNBC, Ohio.com, Cleveland.com, and my local newspaper. So, thanks for the stereotype. Guess it's time to think of some new ones.

And I would bet that most people don't understand the public option or how it will be funded. I didn't.

We have arrived at a point where they can look into the camera and say what ever sounds good knowing that if it turns out to be false or is an obvious lie their is no consequence to them. Their lies hurt the people and damage our nation but doesnt impact them. What is particularly galling is when the individual has broken the law for monetary gain and blithely explains that they have done nothing wrong and it is merely a partisan attack against them when any idiot can see they are lying.
Which brings me to my often stated bottom line. They understand that it isnt a lie if you can get away with it and we are so busy fighting amongst ourselves that they can do or say almost anything they want.

If you review what Axelrod said last weekend, he said his concern was that OTHER media are being led astray by FOX's faux-stories of propaganda. FOX accuses other media outlets of being too easy on Obama, calls them liberal, and challenges them to show their non-liberalness by carrying some of FOX's lying stories. If the other outlets don't pick up on FOX's total lunatic coverage of ACORN, or whatever…then FOX points to that "evidence" as liberal bias. That's how stuff has been working for a very long time. It's the M.O. of the Village.

Between 60 and 70% of Americans are still in favor of a public option. Sorry, that simply isn't a "majority of American people" rejecting health care reform. Obama's approval numbers are still in the low 50's….same as Father Reagan at the same time in his first term. What you understand as "turning against" Obama, I'm thinking, is just those teabags obstructing your hearing and vision….perhaps the tea fragrance so close to the nose is causing bouts of choatic incoherence resulting in spasms of WTF blog posts. It's difficult and complex to diagnose precisely.

I realize, as Steele stated, that the "teabag" is a "beautiful thing"…..but when they're hanging from the head, you know, like wingers were doing at the Parties……well…..they get in the way, which could lead to a confusing of the senses.

I think that readers should consider King's post here a result of an acute case of TeaBag-itis. This odd malady is rampant in the south and is insidiously working it's way into wingnut-leaning brains in many other states. We all hope for King's rapid recovery from this debilitating condition.

Why does Walter think his one sentence statement makes more sense than what the King said to Rev? I think that I see two socialists banding together there.

Andrea, almost no day passes without Bob Beckel being on Fox, somewhere and he shows up enough on Hannity that I just don't watch Hannity because he might show up. Now Ed Schultz is a wild man for the left but he can't even hold a candle to Beckel. Old Bob doesn't even try to hide his lefthanded crap, he just blurts it out and then tries not to let anybody else get in a word against him.

If Rev would watch it, as unbearable as it would be for him because of the main characters, he would find he is allegedly almost spot on… They even use his favorite word bankster. Of course this is this guys opinion just like Micheal Moore's but it sure does make you think. Did you see the # of viewings?
