King, I guess I didn't dumb it down enough for you and average…..the probable cause I am talking about is going into Gate's house. To go into Gate's house there is a higher threshold of probable cause thus Crowley fabricating the crap about somebody witnessing 2 black males with backpacks.

Crowley fabricated a set of facts to fit the circumstances. According to Crowley the witness described 2 black males with backpacks……Gates matched the decription and bingo….we got probable cause.
If you are comfortable with a cop fabricating facts…….just say that
Did Crowley force his way into the house or enter the home after Gates told him he couldn't? I admit the story bores me to death these days but that's the first I've heard of that.
It's the first you've heard of it because walter is making it up. There has been no testimony that Gates told Crowley he couldn't come in.
